The three competence centers, the Virtual Dimension Center (VDC) in Fellbach, the Packaging Excellence Center (PEC) in Waiblingen and the German Center for Satellite Communication (DeSK) in Backnang are important institutions of regional cluster management for the targeted promotion of networking among actors* inside in certain technology areas.
